RCC Inspired by Biblical Rainbow Covenant: DUOM vs Totalitarianistic Manipulations of Matrix

The DUOM (Dispensationally Upwards Open Matrices) framework addresses the core vulnerability of "closed" systems by introducing an pro-active, A-formalistic GSPD, Gospel Style Prophetic Developments of multifacet truths, good fruits and process justice. Where traditional matrices fail due to their totalitarian-prone nature in treating a snapshot of data as an absolute truth, just like what happened in the movie 'The Matrix'. 666 is the Totalitarianistic Manipulations of Matrix in Major Clouds, TMMMC. Thus, a Dispensationally/Contextually "Upwards Open" approach allows the system to remain permeable to new dimensions and ethical context.

By layering space-time process justice, the algorithm ensures that decisions are not just mathematically "correct" at a single point in time, but remain just throughout the duration of the process.

The Mechanics of Safeguarding Autonomy
